I scheduled an oil change and they did it and recommended other items I should look at. However, it took me 30 minutes to pick up my car after they said that they were done and I had to come in and remind them to give me my car since they forgot.

We came in on a somewhat of an emergency basis. We were immediately met by a service technician that reviewed our situation and then turned us over to Connor for a more detailed initial diagnosis. He is very professional and answered every question we had.
The service department takes good care of my car needs. Connor did his best as always.
Easy to talk to Marcus was easy to talk to and helped my situation get solved. The solved the problem after investigating for about 2 hours
They would not cover the Maintenance up to the miles I purchased the car. They did not do all the maintenance they say vehicle needs before they sold to me. Rip off.

When I purchased my new rock creek rogue I was told I had 3 free oil changes for up to 24,000 miles. I brought my vehicle to the shop in 2 separate occasions in an attempt to use them, I was told I was mistaken and that complimentary oil changes service didn’t come with my purchase. I recently received a Nissan brochure advising me to use my 3 free oil changes before time or miles were reached. Good experience. The only suggestion I would have is when I got in my car the plastic seat protector and paper floor mat protectors were still in my car. It would be nice if it was thrown away and I did not have to take it to the trash.

We arrived early for our appointment and was still taken right away. They gave us a 2 hour time frame for the work to be done and we were pleasantly surprised that our car was ready in that time! It even included a complimentary car wash. Will definitely return to the service department in the future.

Very dissatisfied with this dealer. I’ve had AC troubles twice with the first 3 1/2 years I’ve owned this car. First time, no leak was found, but Freon was added. Second time, last week, they found no leak again, but added Freon again. I wasn’t satisfied with that and pressed them to SOLVE the problem. Diagnosed the problems and provided a helpful video of areas that were in need of attention.
Came in for noise under passenger side of dash that has been aggravating us for past 3 weeks. Unfortunately, on way there it stopped. Not much than very minor hard to hear humming impossible to isolate. The tech checked but couldn't find. Hopefully it is gone and not return. It is our 2024 Murano that I brought in.

I had not expected to be a walk-in without an appointment, because I was in area and had a service question. Was created with a genuine smile by the intake customer service agent who was pleasant and helpful. She directed me to Jeffery and he said you actually are ready for your first service since taking delivery. Adrian Espinoza did the service and is apparently now standard a simple video to support his observations and work. Very pleased with the team.

I called in to make a service appointment and it rings abd rings. I kept hanhlging up abd calling back till I hit a live person they introduced themselves as a service advisor no mention of name.
