I called in to make a service appointment and it rings abd rings. I kept hanhlging up abd calling back till I hit a live person they introduced themselves as a service advisor no mention of name. He started taking down my information got about halfway through then excuses himself outs me on hold. 20 mins later I hung up called back in only to get a recording to leave name number so they can call back. My 2016 Nissan Altima was approaching 100,000 miles and I'd been thinking of trading it in on a newer used car. Kim Ricci was amazing and extremely helpful. She asked what I was looking for and then emailed me links to vehicles that were available. After looking them all over, I chose a 2020 Nissan Rogue. She had the paperwork drawn up and then Juan Zendejas delivered the Rogue to my house where the paperwork was signed and my Altima taken away as a trade in. The whole process was so easy.

Was told it was just my transmission so we continued the work, then told several days later id I didnt fix my break master cylinder it would cause a safety issue so they only put it in for free still paid for piece.
