Well I sold a car to a different dealership. I thought uh oh need another car but an SUV. I had already been talking to Juan. Back and forth 2 to 3 weeks I ran into Juan again. And low and behold he went out of his way answering my texts. Like above and beyond. I like his style of customer service. I felt like I was the only one that mattered. I'm a hard person to convince that things would work out. And Juan worked his magic. Juan put a car on hold for me. Came picked me up. Took me to get some food before the dealership. And he even took me on a courtesy ride in the car. I enjoyed how he was attentive to just me. Answered my questions thoroughly. This is the person I will deal with when I come in.

After researching online, i narrowed my search of what I vehicle(s) I was interested in looking at. I notified Central Valley Nissan and made an appointment. Upon arriving, I saw that they had pulled the 3 trucks and had them ready for a test drive. After deciding which truck I wanted, we went in to work on the deal. Everything was done in a honest and professional manner. There were no hidden cost and/or charges. Everything was explained accurately and clearly up front. The process was completed in a timely manner. The whole experience was very enjoyable.
