? - Feb 12, 2012Never have I been treated so poorly at a car dealership. Rude, unhelpful, and condescending. The salesman literally talked me out of test driving a car by the way he treated me and by the fact that he borderline refused to take us for a test drive. He was too busy trying to show us something else rather than listening to what we wanted. I left, went to Robert's Auto Sales and Carmax, test drove the same vehicle I wanted to test drive at Central ValleyNissan without any hassle or poor treatment. We are looking to buy two vehicles and I certainly won't be doing it at Nissanin Modesto. Thanks for sending me somewhere else... the prices were much better at other car lots! You did me a favor.
? - Feb 10, 2012Internet Department is the way to go! I recently bought a 2006 Nissan Titan from Central ValleyNissan. I had been in the market for a new truck for a couple months but could not find the right deal. After going through the internet department to get a quote I was responded to within 15 minutes with a quote and phone call. Roberto the internet manager got me the photos i asked for, warranty information, and a VERY aggressive price. With no "pushy" sales tactics. When I made it down the Titan was pulled up ready for me to look at and both managers Neal and Jeff were ready to help me. Since we discussed price through email no negotiation was needed. Since then I have sent in several friends and family members through the internet department. I cant wait to be back in the market!
? - Jan 28, 2012Actions speak louder than words!! i recently bought a car at Central Valley Nissan in Modesto, and im very PLEASED to say that i am a HAPPY customer! i was able to obtain what i needed for the right price, thanks to Jose Ceja. His personality and great knowledge of what he sells to the public made me feel like i was doing the right choice! Jose not only caresd about profi, t i got the feeling that HE really cares about making the customer feel like he/she is doing the right purchase, because buying a car is not an everyday thing.
